Pan grilled Pomfret


My husband is a seafood lover and hence I keep coming up with new preparations. This one is pretty simple and delicious, I hear 

Ingredients:

White Pomfret
Olive oil
Lemon juice
Garlic paste
Salt
Pepper
Crushed dried curry leaves

Process:

Wash and clean the fish well. Make a few slits on the body so that the flavours go in. Mix all the above ingredients and coat the fish with this paste.
Let it marinate for 2 hours. 

In a pan heat some oil. Keep the heat on a medium flame. Put the fish in the pan and cover with a lid. Turn the fish in a minute or two. Cook from the other side and serve.

Fish cooks very fast so please make sure you don't over cook it. It would take a maximum of 3-4 minutes to cook the whole thing.
